‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal a lot has changed behind the scenes of the show. And we’re not just talking about that rash of temporary recasts that seems to have no end. We’re talking about the vaccine mandate in place at GH and ABC/Disney. This even led to a lawsuit by Ingo Rademacher, who played Jasper Jacks on the series until he was let go for not complying. And it looks like he’s not alone in the legal battle. Here’s what you need to know.

So, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal the show didn’t just lose a couple of actors following the mandate. It seems at least two crew members also did not comply after being denied religious exemptions. Jim Wahl and Timothy Wahl have now filed suit over their firing, as reported by Variety.
They cite being denied religious exemptions and filed on the basis that it violates California’s constitution. This is, of course, the second suit we’ve learned of, following Rademacher’s.
There’s no comment from the PTB yet, but we’re sure there will be more updates on this as the legal battle progresses. Will this lead others who were let go to do the same? We’ll see.

Whether anyone else joins in suing, these two suits are just two of several hits Disney is facing. They recently lost special protections in Florida, fans have had issues with their handling of some of the properties Disney now owns, there’s a bill that could take away their extended copyright protections, and their stock recently went down.
There are even fans who are dropping their streaming service over some of the stances the company has taken. Time will tell if the company will rebound again. But we do have to say, we’ve found the obvious self-promotion on GH to be off-putting. And we’re sure others agree.

So, what about the two actors that were the first to take this stance? Ingo Rademacher has been busy keeping fans updated about his travels as well as advocating for medical freedom. He also created a second Instagram for his van to further chronicle his travels while promoting his apparel brand.
Meanwhile, Steve Burton (Jason Morgan) has recently joined the cast of Days of Our Lives: Beyond Salem as well as continuing to do the Stone Cold and the Jackal podcast with Bradford Anderson (Damian Spinelli, GH). They are also continuing to tour together.
