Nothing like a post wedding glow to get CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers attention, and with the celebration over, we get to shift gears into the next couple of storylines.
After everyone knowing they’d be a couple except themselves, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will take the plunge and pull Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) in after him.
Of course, there’s always a problem luring around the corner, and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) won’t rest until she’s back with Jack.
Not wanting to be left behind, Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) will turn up the heat and charm to woo Crystal Porter (Morgan Obenreder).
It’s been a magical night for everyone, and these two may begin the process of becoming a power couple on Genoa City.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Jack’s surprised
Phyllis broke through the final barrier between her and Jack becoming a couple again, and we doubt Jack will put up more than a cursory argument.
‘Young and the Restless’ love that Jack finally has a love life blossoming, assuming he won’t reject Phyllis, but it’s not the popular choice.
We admit, we love the two of them together, but a lot of fans would’ve liked to see someone knew come onto the show as Jack’s love interest rather than restart his and Phyllis’ relationship.
And when we throw Diane into the mix, we’re back to rehashing some old plots and we hope they’re not going to follow the old story as close as possible. It may be a while, but it’s still fresh in a lot of our minds.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Noah’s time to shine
Noah’s been spreading the net wide during the celebration with Crystal being the one he caught. For now.
He may have struck out early with Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) in large parts to his bad jokes, but he started to rebound before she left and now he’s going to turn it up to 11 for Crystal.
So far, it looks promising for the pair as they’re setting the foundation for the next generation to come in and take over the show, though nothing is guaranteed.
In the end, we expect this to be a fun storyline as we’re still waiting for Noah’s love interest from London to pop up at some point for dramatic reasons.
