'Young and the Restless' Spoilers Friday, October 25: Devon's Choice Shocks Everyone - Will He Give Cane the Billions He Owes, Or He Will Dishonor Katherine Chancellor's Memory?

‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Lily returns to Genoa City!

‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers update for Friday, October 25 2019 indicate that Lily Winters Ashby (Christel Khalil) will come to Devon Hamilton’s rescue when she returns to Genoa City. She’ll see just how affected Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) by the whole will situation. He will tell her that even though Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) was named the rightful beneficiary in the authenticated will pages, that there is not really any legal obligation on his part to do anything about it.

The statute of limitations has run out, so Devon really isn’t legally obligated to acknowledge Cane’s claims at all. However, before he closes the book on this whole fiasco, he just wants to know if he’s doing the right thing, and that’s where Lily’s opinion comes into play.

‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Why, Katherine?

Like the rest of us, Devon is puzzled by this move on the part of Katherine Chancellor (Jeanne Cooper), it doesn’t feel real, in fact it feels sort of like a middle finger from beyond the grave to name Cane as the beneficiary, but you know, truth is stranger than fiction. He just wants to know if Cane is a trustworthy person before he hands over one red cent. Of course, Lily’s going to need a bit more information to go on so Devon will tell her about Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) who says she’s working for Chance Chancellor (John Driscoll), but that’s up for debate. When Devon mentions how much she looks like his late wife, Hilary Hamilton (Mishael Morgan), Lily assumes he’s just exaggerating.

‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Lily shatters a glass.

That’s only until she meets Amanda, then she’ll drop a glass in shock. It seems that Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) will also be around while Lily interrogates Amanda. Lily wants to get to the bottom of this and in the process protect good-hearted Devon from any scammers that he may have encountered. While Lily will also question Cane, it looks like it won’t have that big of an impact on the outcome in the end. Devon truly is the only person capable of making any sort of decision regarding the billions he has. It looks like Jill is on Cane’s side but she’ll maintain that the only side she’s really taking is Katherine’s and she wants to make sure that her final wishes are carried out. But who knows where this story line is truly going at this point. Stay tuned!
