It seems like all of a sudden they really have nothing to say, right? A lot of critics have noticed that Ivanka Trump and her family members haven’t really said much since the beginning of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, which has left a trail of destruction, bloodshed and carnage in just one week.
Instead, Ivanka has been spotting going for a joke near her home in Miami beach while her other family members have not’ made any comments about the mass exodus of refugees fleeing for their lives as Ukraine continues to get bombed by Russian military forces. Here’s what you need to know.
Ivanka Trump Has Kept Completely Quiet About The War In Ukraine
While the Trumps seem to be staying quiet over this matter, all Ivanka’s brother Donald Trump Jr. has really done is use this time to further criticize President Joe Biden and his handling of Russia, the economy, and everything else that comes to mind. He’s tweeted, “Joe Biden has failed.
His radical policies are devastating Americans who are struggling to pay bills & put food on the table. Voters are fed up with Democrats’ empty rhetoric – a mumbled speech will not change their minds. It’s time to demand Biden RESIGN!”
He also retweeted another Twitter user that said, “Ukraine is serving as a great distraction for governments that just terrorized their own citizens and stole their rights for a solid 700 days.”
Meanwhile, and as of press time, fears continue to grow for Ukraine civilians after a checkpoint is shelled and evacuations have failed for a second day. Two mortar or artillery shells hit the checkpoint in the suburb of Irpin, northwest of Kyiv, Ukrainian authorities said, and two children were among those killed. Social media video showed extensive destruction.
On Saturday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a Facebook message: “Everyone who can defend their city must continue to fight. Must. Because if everyone leaves, then whose city will it be?”
