‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers say that while there’s no doubt that life is never that easy or that easygoing for the Newman family, things are about to get quite complicated for all members. Keep reading below for all of the spoilers you need to know.
According to Co-Executive Producer and Head Writer Josh Griffith, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will still have every reason not to believe Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) and anything that comes out of his mouth. Of course, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) is worried that all of this friction will cause problems for Ashland and his marriage to Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Turmoil Ahead For The Newman Family
Griffith puts it this way, “Victor’s suspicions about Ashland’s condition will result in Victor charging Michael to find the truth at all costs. This causes a conflict of interest for Nikki, who worries Victoria’s rift with her family might be reignited if she learns of Victor’s investigation.”
Speaking of Victoria, it also looks like shes might ruffle some feathers over at Newman Media, and especially with her half brother Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
Griffith previewed, “Victoria’s acquisition of Newman Media results in a game of musical chairs with Victoria becoming Adam’s boss. Victoria and Ashland could push Adam too far and lead him to rethink his recent change of attitude. He might then engage in a dangerous power struggle with the couple. Lucky for Adam, Sally proves a much-needed distraction from the sibling rivalry.”
