He might be one of the hottest guys in the celebrity world right now, but it seems like he can’t win everyone’s love. Kim Kardashian’s boyfriend Pete Davidson was booed at a Syracuse basketball game after he apparently called the city “trash.” Here’s what you need to know.
Pete Davidson is not winning any new fans in the city of Syracuse after he was booed at a men’s basketball game at the Carrier Dome this weekend. This is because a lot of people apparently still remember how he called the city “trash” in an interview with Howard Stern that took place nearly three years ago.

Kim Kardashian’s main squeeze previously spent time in the Syracuse area while filming 2019’s “Big Time Adolescence” with stars like Machine Gun Kelly, Sydney Sweeney and Jon Cryer.
“Dude, I was shooting this movie out in Syracuse. Syracuse, you know, it’s trash,” the Staten Island native said on “The Howard Stern Show” at the time. “Worse than Staten Island. The nicest hotel in Syracuse is, like, a f–king Ramada.”
Pete getting booed comes after Kim’s estranged husband Kanye West reportedly spread misinformation about the “Saturday Night Live” funny guy. TMZ says that Kanye has been telling his inner circle that Pete is gay and that he might have AIDS.
If that weren’t enough DJ Akademiks made some interesting comments on Twitch in which he claimed West is “going crazy with himself.”
“A n—a told me, this is real talk, Kanye has been telling anyone within an earshot of himself, he’s trying to spread a rumor that Pete Davidson has AIDS. I’m telling you this is a fact. I’ve heard this from eight people. He’s telling everybody!”
The DJ added, “I’m telling you, this is a fact. Bruh, if you gotta spread a rumor that the n—a f–kin’ your wife got AIDS, you burnt out, bro. Wrap it up. It’s over.” However, a source close to Pete told Page Six that “he’s ignoring all of the Kanye hate out of respect for Kim.”
