Just when Genoa City was slowing down for some character building, things are looking like they’re going to pick up and CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are set to close the week out with some fun shenanigans.
Well, fun is the operative word as there’s going to be a couple of resolutions and an attack beginning. Let’s see what shakes out.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For January 21: Victor moves ahead
In what looks like the first shots in a new war, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) is going to put his plan into motion and we have a feeling it’s going to be another attack on Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) because why not?
Victor will feel Billy not following through was sloppy and since he only has some of the information, he’ll act on what he knows and not look back unless a family member is caught in the crosshairs.
Which in this case will probably be Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) as Victor’s actions will continue to undermine him.
Of course, he could be laying a trap for Ashland Locke (Richard Burghi) to test whether or not he’s as loyal as he says he is, so there are a couple of possibilities here.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For January 21: Michael’s a tease
Nothing like keeping one’s plans a secret from their significant other, but that’s what ‘Young and the Restless’ think Michal Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) will do.
Lauren Fenmore (Tracey Bregman) will want and expect an update on Michael’s decision to work with Victor or not, so Michael’s going to tease her a little.
There’s nothing wrong with a little suspense, and it’s going to be fun watching these two go back as forth as Lauren tries to get the news out of him.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For January 21: Abby’s choice
With her husband opening up to tell her what she’s been missing while trying to build the perfect family, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) will make her decision about Devon Hamilton (Bryton James).
While Devon’s interest is in protecting his biological child, it’s impossible to say he doesn’t have his own reasons for doing this.
But we think Abby finally woke up to what Devon’s been saying and is seeing things for what they are, and we think she’s going to relent and agree to give Devon more visitation rights for the time being.
This football is just getting kicked further down the road, and it’s going to be an interesting showdown when things don’t go as she expects.
