‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ fans can breathe a sigh of relief now that star, Kyle Richards and her hubby Mauricio Umansky are over $6.1 million richer.
The couple sold the Bel-Air mansion that they have been trying to offload for several years now.
The 6,229 square ft property was featured over the years in RHOBH. Die-hard fans will remember Kyle’s famous white parties which took place largely around the resort-style pool area. The home was most recently seen when co-star Sutton Stracke rented the 7 bedrooms, 9 bath estate, complete with a theater, office, spa, multi-purpose sports court, and more. Stracke was reportedly paying $20 000 per month to live there.

While it was laughed about after the fact during an episode on RHOBH, the home nearly caught fire in a fireplace “mishap”.
Kyle and her real estate mogul husband, Mauricio bought the home back in 2011 for $3 million. Many renovations have been made over the years but the family moved from the Bel Air manse to one in Encino back in 2017.
That turned out to not be a great move as, less than a year after settling in, the Encino home was robbed while the family was on vacation in Colorado. The thieves took off with over a million dollars in jewelry and luxury goods including sentimental items and family heirlooms.
The Bel Air estate was put on the market all the way back when the family first moved in 2017, back then for a hair under $7 million.
When it didn’t sell right away, they decided to lease it as a short-term summer rental for a whopping $50,000 per month. When they still couldn’t offload it, they rented it out for $25,000 per month as an annual rental. It turns out Stracke was getting “mate’s rates”.
The manse has been on and off the market a few times since it went up 5 years ago but the third time appeared to be the charm.
By the way, the listing agents for the sale were Kyle’s daughters, Farrah Aldjufrie- Richards’ daughter with ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie, and Alexia Umansky- the oldest of the three daughters Richards shares with her now-husband.
