’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers indicate that, when Mike Berk went all the way to Colombia to meet fiancé Ximena Morales, he knew that she already had two children. but what he didn’t realize is that after she had her son, Harold, she had an operation in order not to be able to have children anymore.
Apparently to Mike, having kids is important and he wants to be able to be a Father to children of his own someday, so when Ximena dropped this bomb on him he first asked why she would wait so long to tell him.

You could tell that it absolutely broke her to have to tell him that she couldn’t have children anymore. She said that when she had her son, she suffered a lot, and that after that she didn’t want to have any more kids after that, so she had the operation to prevent all that.
Honestly, that’s valid, birth trauma is a very real thing and it’s a thing that most women do not talk about, so hats off to Ximena for finding the courage to share her story.
Mike needs to realize that giving birth is not just about bringing a child into the world, it’s also about the woman who is bearing that child as well. So while his response of having to think about things may be valid, it’s also a little assanine.
Ximena is entitled to do with her body as she pleases. When she chose to have this operation, it was before she met Mike and she had no idea that she would actually meet him in the future, so she had no way of knowing what he would want years in the future.
Even if she did? In the end, it’s her body, she has the autonomy. Mike is not the one that has to have the child in the end, so while one can understand his disappointment, if this is truly a dealbreaker for him, then it’s disappointing because we were kind of rooting for him. They do make a cute couple and we hope that they can work past this, but we’ll see. Stay tuned!!!
