Once upon a time, a popstar named Britney Spears was put under a conservatorship because her Father wanted to maintain ultimate control, but then a white knight named Matthew Rosengart came and rescued her… or so we thought…
…Now we’re not so sure.
There was going to be a hearing on Jan. 18th, detailing all of the financials and investigating just where on earth Britney’s money was going to. However, it looks like Rosengart has now gone back on all of that and decided to make a deal with Britney’s former business manager and their management company.
Is Matthew Rosengart making deals with the devil?
It looks like this hearing will not happen, unless judge Brenda Penney doesn’t sign it. This deal, would remove the subpeonas against the company as well as get rid of all the depositions – meaning, the public would never to hear from any of the people responsible for controlling Britney’s life for so long, and the third item in the deal would just remove the hearing altogether.
But is this what Britney really wants?
Back in June, when she first gave her testimoney she said that any and all people related to the conservatorship should be in jail and has expressed the desire to sue her family dozens of times. She has also went on social media to shame them a lot of times, but did that perhaps hurt her chances of getting her day in court?
Is that why Rosengart is buckling now? It seems that Britney’s social media is still controlled by crowdsurf, who was exactly who was controlling her social media during the conservatorship, so what exactly is going on here?
Matthew Rosengart has already signed this deal, and if judge Brenda Penney signs it, then that means that the trial will just go away and these people won’t have to face their day of accountability, which is honestly unfair to Britney and people in all conservatorships everywhere because it would set a precedent that with enough money you can make any problem go away.
That’s a precedent that doesn’t need to be set, especially after all of the effort was put forth into freeing Britney. Now what? What happened between now and back in October when Rosengart actually seemed to be doing his job? Why remove the teeth now? Was Britney behind the decision or is this just Rosengart’s way of not letting things get messy? Stay tuned!!!
