    NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers for December 28th reveal the possession story is winding down. Before it’s over, though, the entire family will do their part to end this thing. Plus, we’ll see some more holiday festivities in Salem, while MarDevil (Deidre Hall) has some fun before the party’s over. Let’s take a look at the teasers.

    NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers For December 28: Play time

    First off, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal a possessed Marlena Evans (Hall) toys with Lucas Horton (Brian Dattilo) and Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney). We think this will be all too easy for MarDevil. Lucas was already prepared to give in to save his secret, so he’s ripe for some manipulation. Plus, we saw Sami almost lose it yesterday when she saw “Marlena” in pain, thanks to John Black (Drake Hogestyn) using holy water. So, she’s already a bit of an emotional wreck right now and in a perfect mental state to learn the truth about her kidnapping. Of course, we expect her to maybe have enough wits about her to think the Devil is lying—at first.

    We’re sure it won’t take long for Lucas to show his guilt, and then it’s game time. When Sami finally wraps her head about the truth, Lucas is going to wish he had just left town. That is, if someone else doesn’t deal with him first. We’re not sure what option will be the worst for Lucas, but he totally deserves whatever is coming his way.

    NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers For December 28: United front

    Speaking of the Devil, the family’s pulling out all the stops. John, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), Belle Black (Martha Madison), Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan), Sami, Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold), and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) band together to exorcize the Devil from Marlena. We’re expecting this team effort to be the final nail in the coffin of this story. Although, we can’t help noticing that Lucas is missing from this list of characters. Could it be Sami sends him packing before this, or will Lucas find some reason to run while Sami’s still busy? We’ll see.

    NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers For December 28: Christmas cheer

    So, the whole possession storyline has been taking up a lot of time, and there’s a lot of darkness to the show because of it—obviously. But Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) are here to lighten things up a bit. They’ll have a little romance as they set up for the Christmas party at the hospital. Which should also do a lot to bring some cheer to the show. We’re looking forward to the break, for sure.
