‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ season 12 is sure to be filled with drama as it follows the continuation of Erika Jayne’s legal troubles and the aftermath of Dorit Kemsley’s armed robbery, Dorit’s husband, PK Kemsley’s DUI arrest and the loss of Lisa Rinna’s beloved mother, Lois.
Now a whole new crop of drama has not just added fuel to the fire, but has managed to shut production down completely. Erika, Garcelle Beauvais and Lisa Rinna have all tested positive for Covid.
‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’: Production Shuts Down As Three Stars Test Positive For COVID
As the three ladies, all vaccinated but struck down with the ‘breakthrough virus’ take care of themselves, production is said to be “taking every precaution to keep people safe.”
The other stars of the Beverly Hills franchise- Dorit, Kyle Richards (currently seen on Real Housewives Ultimate Girl’s Trip), Sutton Stracke, Crystal Kung Minkoff and recurring “friend” Kathy Hilton are now nervous seeing as they have been exposed. All of the ladies have been vaccinated and Kyle, Kathy and Dorit tested positive to the virus last fall. At the time, production also shut down on what was the 11th season of the Bravo hit reality series.
Garcelle shared the positive diagnosis on her Instagram on Monday, saying in the video “I found out that I tested positive for COVID. I feel okay, I’m sure I will continue to feel okay. My boys are being tested, so far they’ve tested negative. We’re going to continue testing them.”
Garcelle lives with her 14 twin sons, Jax and Jaid.
The co-host of The Real continued to say she will likely make Zoom appearances on the chat show throughout her quarantine and said she was thankful to be vaccinated. She further asked for TV and movie recommendations to get her through the quarantine period.
Erika and Rinna have not made comments about their diagnosis as yet.
Real Housewives of Beverly hills season 12 is set to air on Bravo in the spring.
