Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston has spoken on how she managed to cope following the conclusion of the hit show ‘Friends.’

Jennifer has become synonymous with the sitcom, given that it had been on for 10 seasons. Naturally, when the time came for the show to conclude, many fans found it difficult to swallow, as it had given them so much entertainment over the years.
So much so, there is always constant speculation over when there is going to be a reunion which so happened to, on the off-chance, occur very recently. Much in the same way, Jennifer found it difficult to map out her next move once the show was over.
In an interview with the ‘Hollywood Reporter’, Jennifer said: “The career was one thing. I didn’t know what was coming, and that’s been nothing but blessed.
“It was more personal stuff that I had expectations about that sort of shape-shifted, so to speak.” But unlike other stars such as Britney Spears, she managed to keep herself together.
Jennifer revealed that her mother, who is no longer here, was the main reason why she managed to stay strong during this time. However, rather than being the source of inspiration that many people would expect from a mother, for Jennifer, it was anything but that.
She expanded on how she did not want to end up like her mother and blame her personal problems on the rest of the world. Instead, she chose to accept responsibility and make amendments to her life in the hope of something better.
She added: “I also grew up watching someone sit comfortably in victimhood, and I didn’t like how it looked. I knew that this person was giving me an example of what I’d never want to be, and I will never ever be that.”
Jennifer’s career continued to go ahead with several movie performances in the aftermath of Friends. Although she may not have starred in major blockbusters that she would otherwise have been hoping for, she still managed to forge a career for herself in a competitive industry.
