CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are set for what looks like a character building episode as we take a breath as we wait for the next shoe to drop between Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).
To help fill the void, we’re going to get some tried and true storylines as Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) share a pretty intense moment.
Will this mean they’ll still be friends or is something more on the horizon?
Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) is nearing her wits end with Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and she’s going to reach out to her ex and Mariah’s half brother Noah Newman (Rory Gibson).
Things couldn’t get more awkward, right?
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For November 17: Another moment
Jack and Phyllis have been there for each other through their recent trials and tribulations, so it’s no surprise that we’re going to get the one millionth emotionally intense scene between them this year.
Okay, so it may not be a million. It just feels like it.
This looks like it’s going to be a charged affair, and we think it’s mainly going to be Phyllis finally breaking down following her split with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Jack will be there to help her put the pieces together.
This will be another step as the two continue down the path of getting back together, and it could prove interesting for their friendship and more going forward.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For November 17: Tessa turns to Noah
As the news of Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) handing her baby to Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) for the foreseeable future still spreading, we’re willing to bet Mariah will feel betrayed.
Or she could accept the decision and begin making plans for Devon to let her into Dominic’s life more.
‘Young and the Restless’ think this will push Tessa further toward her own breaking point and she’ll need a break or just someone to talk to. Hence, Noah will be the perfect option.
They have a history together so they’re familiar with each other and since he’s Mariah’s half brother it’s keeping things in the family.
Still, we suspect this is a not-so subtle attempt to break Tessa and Mariah up and leave Maria adrift. It’d kill the writers to let a relationship be a happy one, wouldn’t it?
