If you’ve been following true crime, you’ll know the name Don Wells from the Summer Wells case, he is the Father of the missing child and has not been implicated in her disappearance which happened on June 15th of this year.
However, according to a statement made by the family, on Saturday night he committed a “stupid mistake” and got arrested for a DUI, but there were actually several charges that he was taken down for, including having an open container and violation of financial responsibility along with other charges.
Don Wells arrested for DUI
Summer Wells is a five year old child who went missing on June 15th, 2021. Her disappearance is shrouded in mystery because one minute, it seems that the family thought she was either down in the basement with her brothers or she had possibly gone outside, but the next she was gone.
There’s been so many rumors about this missing child, including but not limited to Don Wells himself having something to do with the disappearance – it seems that both of Summer Wells’ parents were kind of involved with some shady characters.
The last video proof of Summer being on the earth was a video that her Mom took of her in the back seat of their car asleep after it seemed they had gone to get groceries.
There was some rather gruesome speculation about the video, some people saying that she may have already been deceased when the Mom was filming, but what Mom would film their child if they were already deceased?
Unless the Mom didn’t know and there’s no way that she could not have known because Summer is well past the age of SIDS, So far, nothing has been found and no one has come forward concerning this little girl, which is concerning in itself.
However, now since Don Wells is facing multiple charges, we wonder what, if anything that could mean for the case of his missing daughter. What about that charge of violation of financial responsibility?
