Univision Vencer el Pasado spoilers reveal things just got worse for Renata Sánchez Vidal (Angelique Boyer). Plus, we saw some more revenge, and have more reason to love Ulises Cruz Medina (Sebastián Poza). Let’s take a look at some highlights and what’s ahead.

Univision Vencer el Pasado Spoilers: From bad to worse…

As you might remember, Renata had a rough start to the series. She lost pretty much everything when her so-called friend was responsible for an embarrassing viral video. Then, she found out her mother has a health issue and her father owes money to a loan shark. Well, it got worse last night.

See, Lisandro Mascaró (Leonardo Daniel) is anxious to get that kit Renata promised going. So, he lit a fire under her to get some results right away. While she was working on it, her hand suddenly started shaking for not apparent reason. This is the second time this has happened, so we’re guessing there’s a reason for it. And it’s likely not a good one. We keep thinking of when Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) hand started doing the same thing on General Hospital, and she was diagnosed with the gene for Huntington’s Disease. Considering the subject of Renata’s kit, this would be an ironic (and very telenovela) turn of events for her. We’ll see if that goes anywhere.

Univision Vencer el Pasado Spoilers: The family savior

In other news, Vencer el Pasado spoilers reveal we know who the MVP of the Cruz Medina family is. The oldest son, Ulises. We swear, the rest of them would be beyond lost without this guy. Not only did his friend bail them out with a rid to Mexico City after his father’s actions left them with nothing, he’s been keeping the peace in the new apartment. He seems to be the voice of reason when his siblings are getting too worked up over their new circumstances, and he was willing to give up his school money for the greater good. And let’s not forget, he seems to be the only one with gratitude and humility in that house. But he had something even better last night.

See, Carmen is going for a job at the lab and they, obviously, couldn’t bring much to Mexico City. This grown woman used to dressing herself appropriately for high society functions couldn’t figure out how to make any presentable outfits for work out of the clothes she managed to grab before they were herded out of the house. So, Ulises stepped in and put together a bunch of combinations that impressed her. Seriously, this family is doomed the minute he decides to go off on his own.

Univision Vencer el Pasado Spoilers: Tonight

Now, let’s get into what’s ahead. First, we’ll see Rodrigo Valencia (Luis Curiel) having a moment of doubt tonight. His operation went off without any complications, but they can’t predict if it worked. It’s a waiting game to see if Rodrigo walks again, and he fears it might not happen.

Elsewhere, Heriberto Cruz Núñez (Roberto Blandón) will continue to be the winner he is. He’ll try and get his mistress to make their relationship more official. Considering he’s still married, we don’t know how he’s planning on that one. We wonder if Carmen Medina de Cruz’s (Erika Buenfil) going to suddenly get a surprise quickie divorce decree on her doorstep. It wouldn’t be the worst thing this guy has done in the series. Not by a longshot.
