Univision Vencer el Pasado spoilers indicate appearances are everything to Carmen Medina de Cruz (Erika Buenfil). Plus, a character from the past makes a big return that doesn’t go over very well with some characters. Let’s see what happened and what’s ahead.

Univision Vencer el Pasado Spoilers: Faker

You know that saying, “Fake it ‘til you make it? It seems Carmen is a big believer. After having a rough day settling in to her new home, she decided to reach out to an old friend. We’re guessing her reasons for this were two-fold. One, Vencer el Pasado spoilers indicate the family had to get furniture from a familiar face. And they barely had money for some cheap tacos for dinner. So, we’re pretty sure when she learned of Brenda Zermeño de Mascaró’s (Gabriela Rivero) husband’s company, she figured Brenda could be of help.

Of course, we’re also sure she also wanted to reconnect with a friendly face. After all, Vencer el Pasado spoilers reveal everyone from her life back home turned their backs on her and the family. So, they’re all starting from scratch and that includes friends. Anyway, the point here is that she fed her friend a bunch of lies about her life and demanded her youngest doesn’t contradict that when they all meet up.

Univision Vencer el Pasado Spoilers: Welcome back

As for the character from the past, it was Gemma Corona Albarrán (Valentina Buzzurro). She made a memorable return to the franchise when she helped Carmen’s family with some furniture and offered other assistance if they needed it. The girl hasn’t missed a beat, and Carmen needed her to slow down to understand half of what Gemma was saying. We’re looking forward to seeing more of her, and we think she will definitely be around a lot.

Ulises Cruz Medina (Sebastián Poza) might be the reason. See, he seems to be the more grounded one in the family. He defended Gemma to his mother later, for one, saying she shouldn’t talk bad about the person that saved them from sleeping on the floor. Plus, he made it clear they should have thanked his friend for all the time he took driving them to Mexico City. Plus, he seems to be handling the sudden change of fortune better than the rest of the bunch.

Univision Vencer el Pasado Spoilers: Tonight

As for what’s next, it seems Claudio Fonseti (Matías Novoa) is taking to take things up a notch. He’ll threaten to destroy the family company if she won’t marry him. Hmm. Sounds like maybe someone needed an assist more than she thought.

As for the Carmen situation, Vencer el Pasado spoilers indicate Danna Cruz Medina (Ana Paula Martínez) will open her big mouth as mom asked her not to. She’ll reveal her parents are separated, but it seems her tattling will be of some help. Brenda will offer Carmen a job at the lab.
