American rapper Kodak Black, who goes by the name of Bill Kahan Kapri, has broken the terms of his probation after having failed a drugs test.

The star had pleaded guilty to assault and battery, which resulted in him being put on probation for 18 months. But as part of that, he was allowed to be released under supervision as long as he adhered to the terms.
However, Kodak ended up testing positive for marijuana and ecstasy. Clearly, Kodak needs to get himself together. He had been put on a drug rehab programme in the hope that it would stop him from getting into trouble with the law.
According to the court documents, the judge had stated: “The United States Probation Office recommends that Defendant be allowed to attend an in-patient treatment…whereupon completion of that program, Defendant will return to the Southern District of Florida.”
Kodak has not yet responded to breaching his probation, but it is clear that he will need to act more carefully in order to avoid going back to prison.
After all, if he refuses to comply with the terms of his release, then it shows that he is not ready to go back into society. And yet, this is not the first time that Kodak has gotten himself into some trouble.
Just recently, he was bashed after a video emerged which showed that he was touching his mother in an inappropriate way. The footage seemed to show that he was attempting to kiss her during the celebration of his brother’s birthday. The response on social media was full of criticism.
One user said: “Kodak black grabbing his mom’s ass and kissing her on the lips…wth boy,” while another remarked: “Kodak Black had a vice grip on his mom’s ass and his niggas in the video was hyping him up and laughing.
“He, not the only sicko that need[s] to be put in Arkham Asylum and shot to the moon.” Kodak should be more cautious over how he acts, but given what we have seen so far, it will take a while for that to change.
