Univision Vencer el Pasado spoilers indicate Renata Sánchez Vidal’s (Angelique Boyer) big risk paid off.  However, she also kind of hurt her dad’s pride. Plus, we’ve got some family drama at the lab. Let’s see some great moments, plus what’s ahead tonight.

Univision Vencer el Pasado Spoilers: Victory and hurt pride

First, Vencer el Pasado spoilers reveal there was a mixed bag in the Sánchez Vidal home. On the plus side, Renata got the job at Biogenelab. Unfortunately, she’s starting as an assistant, and we get the feeling she’ll have to work hard to prove herself after the allegations of theft against her.

Speaking of that, by the way, her ex looks to be in big trouble. The boss is looking for this kit to be done already, but it’s being delayed. Obviously, it’s because this guy basically sponged off Renata’s smarts since school, is the real thief here, and has no idea how to finish what Renata started. We sense more problems on the way for her, because he threw out hints to someone else that the reason this isn’t finished is because of info Renata stole on her way out. Right. He really needs to man up and admit he’s clueless already. The villano punishment for him needs to be a good one.

As for her family, you might remember Camilo Sánchez (Manuel ‘Flaco’ Ibáñez) borrowed money from a questionable guy. His people just happened to show up at the house to collect, but Renata stepped in and asked for a meeting with this loan shark. Long story short, Renata got the extra time, but her father is feeling like a massive loser right now. He can’t stand the idea his kids are basically having to help bail him out right now.

Univision Vencer el Pasado Spoilers:  Welcome?

As for Mariluz Blanco (Arantza Ruiz), she got some of her family’s support in getting out of town. However, we felt for her when several people in town haven’t been as welcoming. First, the guys that basically made her run in terror who were clearly playing a prank, and then a couple of girls tried to rob her and led to Mariluz getting muddy.

We’re loving, however, the strength in this character. She managed to get out of several iffy situations on her own now, and she talked Doña Efigenia “Efi” Cruz (Beatriz Moreno) into letting her rent a room, despite her messy appearance and lack of ID. Afterwards, Mariluz made a symbolic gesture to improve her circumstances. See, several people have said she looks familiar, so they’d obviously seen her picture, even if they can’t specifically place her. So, Mariluz went to a salon to get her hair cut and colored for a fresh start. We loved the emotion the actress showed as the first locks of hair started to fall.

Univision Vencer el Pasado Spoilers: What’s ahead

So, what’s next? Well, Vencer el Pasado spoilers indicate Renata will begin her new job at Biogenelab. We sense a lot of push back from Fabiola Mascaró (Africa Zavala). She just screams that insecure woman who can’t have other women maybe showing her up. And we believe she’s going to do everything possible to make Renata’s life miserable. As for Carmen Medina (Erika Buenfil), she’ll head to her new home with the kids. We have a feeling Mexico City will be way more than they planned on, and the kids are going to make her life miserable blaming her for their sudden change in fortune.
