‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers find that Marlena Evans can no longer keep the Devil at bay and their unification is now complete. Though ole Beelzebub no longer has to worry about Marlena getting away from his clutches, MarDevil now has to keep his identity from Marlena’s loved ones.
And he’s already struggling.
Reverting to her old Sunglasses at Night disguise instantly caused suspicion in John, the very man who managed to exorcize Satan from Marlena all those years ago. Now it seems John is going to pay for his vigilance.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: John Black (Drake Hogestyn) in For a Creepy Halloween When Kidnapped by MarDevil (Deidre Hall)…and Paulina Price’s (Jackee Harry) Won’t be Much Better.
According to spoilers, John will continue to inch towards the truth. There will be some too close for comfort calls between John and his possessed wife, but after hearing Marlena’s taped therapy session with Doug Williams (Bill Hayes), John’s worst fears will be realized.
MarDevil will resort to kidnapping the ex-priest when he confronts him/her/them (what are your pronouns, MarDevil?) with proof. Holding him captive in the creepy DiMera family crypt, MarDevil will torment their (?…seems safe) new hostage.
It has been teased that John’s plight will worsen just in time for a bone chilling Halloween, but he’s not the only one who will suffer at MarDevil’s hand.
Though MarDevil will carve out special time to torture the sequestered John, audiences should remember that Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) confided her family secret in the good Doc not long ago. Now MarDevil knows that Paulina is the real mother of Lani Grant (Sal Stowers) and Abe Carver (James Reynolds) is NOT THE FATHER (if you didn’t read that in a Maury voice, you should start wondering what other opportunities you may have missed this week…just saying).
With Paulina and Abe’s nuptials coming up quickly, MarDevil is sure to have their fun blowing that situation up!
All the while, John will try his best to escape the crypt, but his priority will be saving Marlena’s soul.
Can he do it a second time?
