Tarek El Moussa has revealed what it has been like to co-parent alongside his ex-wife Christina Haack amid the latter’s co-parenting with her ex-husband Ant Anstead.

Christina’s children with both men has meant that co-parenting has been extra difficult. But rather than it becoming a burden, everyone involved has managed to rally around each other for the sake of the kids.
This, in turn, has enabled all the sides to get to know each other much better. And Tarek is loving every minute of it. In an interview with Us Weekly, he said: “We’ve gotten to know each other a little bit at this point now. And my kids and his kid are, you know, they’re family, and it’s like a big extended family.” The togetherness has not just been for the benefit of the children. It has also enabled all of their relationships to flourish.
Since Tarek and Christina have split up, they have found their own respective partners. Tarek is engaged to Heather Rae Young. Meanwhile, Christina has hooked up with Joshua Hall.
And to top it all off, Ant is dating Renée Zellweger. With that support network in place, there is nothing more that Tarek could ask for.
He added: “You got me, you have Heather, you have Ant, you have Renée, you have Christina, you have [the kids] Josh, you have Taylor, you got Brayden. So, it’s a modern-day family.”
Despite the differing relationships, there is no animosity between any of them. Tarek feels that it is vital that everyone is happy in their personal lives in order to carry out successful co-parenting.
And given that this is the case, we can expect there to be many more happy days ahead with talk of engagements and weddings between some of the couples. And Tarek is loving every minute of it.
He continued: “I think it’s great. The whole thing is funny. So cliché — a bunch of reality stars. We all know each other.” Tarek is in a really good place at the moment, and let us hope that things continue this way with everyone going forward.
