Can’t they just let the past be the past and make up already? Apparently not, as there’s a new report that suggests Prince William and Kate Middleton are feeling rather “anxious” as there are new fears that a rift between them and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle might erupt. That’s because the Cambridges are “concerned” about the Sussexes and what they might do or say behind the scenes. Here’s what you need to know.
Just this past week, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle made the cover of Time Magazine as one of the most influential couples in the world. And apparently, their striking new images inside the mag have made William and Kate rather anxious, as they now must step it up in their PR game.
Here’s Why Prince William And Kate Middleton Are Feeling Anxious About The Sussexes
Royal expert Duncan Larcombe put it this way to OK! Magazine: “Kate and William are in danger of being dragged into a transatlantic popularity contest. They will feel anxious over the cover and everything Harry and Meghan do as it always seems to reflect on them. William and Kate are concerned about absolutely everything that comes out of America in regards to Harry and Meghan, especially Harry’s tell-all warts and all memoir that’s gonna hit the shelves sometime next year. They have no control over the narrative.”
Meanwhile, Meghan Markle’s father Thomas Markle has suggested that the couple should take their family and move back to London. While the Sussexes seem to be happy under the California sun, Thomas thinks they would be better off back in England.
Speaking to Australia’s Channel 7 Sunrise, Thomas said; “I would like them, all four of them, to go back to England and fulfill their duties. It’s better for the children and it’s better for them. By not taking back they are cheating their children. They also get much better protection in England than in Montecito. I would like to see them maybe make up with the Queen and make up with his (Harry’s) father, and then we can make up.”
So far neither Prince Harry nor Meghan Markle have made any comments about the matter.
