‘The Bachelor’ Alum Hannah Ann Sluss is Suing Proctor & Gamble for Using Her Picture Without Consent

‘The Bachelor’ alum, Hannah Ann Sluss was put through the wringer when she appeared on Pilot Peter Weber’s 24th season of The Bachelor.

It seems her streak of a series of unfortunate events is not over yet and now the model is suing giants Proctor and Gamble, CVS Pharmacy, Target and Walmart!

According to the complaint, the companies continued to use Hannah Ann’s modelling photos on Downy products even though the license she agreed to has expired. The commercial photos that were from prior to her appearance on The Bachelor came with a license for use on a single product from October 1, 2017, to October 1, 2019.

Hannah Ann claims that once she gained fame from her tenure on the ABC reality show, the companies continued to use her photo and expanded the use of it to multiple products.

Not only has the licensed now been expired for two years, the lawsuit reportedly claims that the photo of Hannah Ann in a running pose is now being used on at least six products. Even worse, Hannah Ann is disgruntled with the current campaign associated with the forbidden photos.

According to reports, Proctor and Gamble used Hannah Ann’s shot for the “Life Gets Stinky” campaign. Hannah Ann is not happy being associated with the word “stinky.”

While it seems someone in licensing at Proctor and Gamble really did drop the ball, it has not been made public why CVS, Target and Walmart are being sued. They are not the only establishments who carry the products- but they are the wealthiest. In addition to restitution, Hannah Ann’s legal team is asking the judge to order a stop to the products featuring her picture from being sold.

Here’s hoping the lawsuit works out better for Hannah Ann than her tenure on The Bachelor where Peter Weber proposed to her, mainly because she was the last woman standing after Madison Prewett self-eliminated. The engagement lasted two days before Peter dumped Hannah Ann (much to his mother’s dismay) and took back up with Madison. That relationship also dissolved, and Peter went back to fifth place getter, Kelly Flanagan. That relationship was the next to not go the distance. Peter is now reportedly single.
