Lauren Bushnell, who is best known for being on The Bachelor, has opened up on the struggles that she has been going through in the aftermath of giving birth to her son.

‘The Bachelor’: Lauren Bushnell Opens Up On Her Anxiety Post Pregnancy

Lauren welcomed her son with her husband, Chris Lane, in June of this year. While they were overjoyed by the news, the realities of looking after a baby have really hit home.

So much so that she admitted to suffering from anxiety to the point that it has now crippled the way that she functions. In a post to her fans on Instagram, she let everyone know just how hard she was finding things.

She said: “I was too frazzled yesterday to take a photo of this little guy inconsolable and screaming for two hours straight. It’s truly the most heartbreaking feeling watching your baby meltdown and be overtired.”

Clearly, things have been taking their toll on Lauren. And given that the pandemic has not gone away, it has made Lauren feel even more sensitive to any baby troubles that she would usually be dealing with.

Despite the presence of her husband Chris, Lauren has found it hard to find that balance in life that has allowed her to take sufficient rest from baby duties. And it all came to a head when she admitted to suffering from a panic attack.

She added: “I had a full-blown panic attack the other night and drove myself to the fire station thinking I was having an allergic reaction and my throat was closing [and my] legs were numb.”

Nevertheless, she has had help on hand to make sure that she can cope. Although it was in the form of professional help, it does show that Lauren needs some outside support.

After all, her baby is only three months old. Once she has gotten through this phase, she will be in a better position. She continued: “Thank goodness for phone consults with @takingcarababies!!!

“Feeling hopeful today but have been off here quite a bit this last week trying my best to provide Dutton with the love he needs during his milestones.”
