‘Vanderpump Rules’ spoilers find that season nine filming has come to a conclusion- and the season will end on a high note- James Kennedy and Raquel Leviss’ engagement party!
On Sunday, July 18, the group celebrated both the upcoming nuptials between the bad boy DJ James and long suffering, model girlfriend, Raquel, along with wrapping of the long awaited ninth season of the hit Bravo reality series.
According to the guest list Tom Sandoval, Scheana Shay, Charli Burnett, Lala Kent, Lisa Vanderpump, Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz were all in attendance along with many others, dancing the night away in Santa Barbara while James did what he does best– DJ. Hopefully he wasn’t responsible for the tunes for the whole event!
‘Vanderpump Rules’ Spoilers: Filming Wraps for Season Nine!
As for what happens in season nine…there have been teases of ‘pent up energy”, new faces and babies- plenty of them.
New mom, Lala Kent went on record, earlier into filming the season saying, “We’re fresh into it and I didn’t know what to expect, but it’s going to be a great season just based off of what we filmed so far. Like, $**t has already hit the fan and it’s awesome — awesome for viewers, not so awesome for us who have to, like, face each other daily.”
New faces look to be coming in the way of regular cast after Bravo cleaned house between seasons eight and nine. Old favorites like Stassi Schroeder, Kristin Doute, Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright will no longer be seen on the show and three of the four newbies-
Max Boyens, Dana Kathan and Brett Caprioni are not returning for a second season. Only Charli Burnett will return for her sophomore year, and be a seasoned professional compared to the new cast.
The most highly anticipated new cast members will be the infant daughters of Lala and Scheana. Ocean (Lala’s daughter) was born in March 2021 and Summer (Scheanas‘s baby girl) was born in April.
Both Scheana and Lala included their daughters in the season nine wrap celebratory Instagram snaps.
Now we simply have to wait for a premier date! Watch this space.
