‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hill’s is doing its best to keep storylines going for the other women on the docket, but audiences are only interested in hearing Erika Jayne try to (allegedly) lie her way out of parting with her glamorous lifestyle.
Previews have shown that in upcoming episodes of the Bravo reality series, Jayne will be complaining to her fellow Housewives that no one believes her reasons for the quickie and out-of-left-field divorce from her husband of 21 years, Tom Girardi.
“What’s being said is just, I mean, it’s insane,” the 49 singer laments to castmate, Lisa Rinna in a promo for the upcoming July 14 episode.

In a different scene she seems aghast when saying “That lawsuit that says my divorce is a sham so I could hide assets — people want to believe that.”
Yes. Yes we do, Erika.
Really pulling out her acting training. Jayne later produces tears (maybe) when speaking with RHOBH OG, Kyle Richards. “I mean, I could have never predicted this f**king s**t,” she says. “This is the end.”
Co-star Garcelle Beauvais, however, isn’t quite sure what to make of all the new information coming out about the divorce and the fraud lawsuit that Jayne is currently (in real time) embroiled in.
“Every day it’s something more,” Beauvais says. “You almost go, like, ‘Is it the same person we know?’”
It was in November 2020 that Jayne filed for divorce from her 82 year old husband. In December (where we are at time of filming in the show) the spouses were accused of faking their split to protect their assets with a class action lawsuit filed against them.
The suit also makes claim that Jayne and Girardi embezzled settlement money intended for Girardi’s clients, together.
Fans are watching to see how Erika plans to continue spinning all of the allegations pressed against her as The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Bravo, Wednesdays at 8 p.m.
