’90 Day Fiancé: The Single Life’ Spoilers reveal that Big Ed Brown and his new girlfriend, Liz, have now broken up. Liz stated that the reason why was that Ed wouldn’t just slow the relationship down and just let them be, he was constantly rushing the relationship and putting Liz in situations where she wasn’t comfortable.
She said with her Grandparents it took her months to introduce them to Ed, but with Ed he was having her meet people every week. One week it was his daughter, the next week it was his sister, she’d already met his Mom because Ed lives with his Mom, but according to Ed, their relationship “didn’t have a chance”.

Ed said that he moved fast because he was excited for the first time in 29 years, someone was genuinely interested in him. He says he just wanted to give her the things that she hadn’t had before and that he was honestly afraid to like Liz at first, but as soon as she said she saw him as boyfriend material he stopped listening to anything she said.
Ouch. Way to incriminate yourself there, Ed. Liz said that she thought that if she didn’t go at his pace in the relationship that she would lose him and that she constantly felt she had to cave to him. That’s not a good feeling for someone who has already been twice divorced.
Then Liz dropped the real bomb – Ed would constantly say that things were not going to work out between them because she was reluctant to go at his pace. She also said that two days after he broke up with her (yeah, Ed broke up with Liz) that he blocked her and was hanging out in Las Vegas with sugar babies!
Liz waited around on him for 3 weeks and at one point Ed told her that he would go out with other woman constantly until he found “the one”, which totally broke Liz’s heart. Seems like Ed doesn’t want a girlfriend so much as he wants ‘the girlfriend experience’. The rest of the cast of The Single Life was horrified at this. Liz said after she received that message she knew that it was time to call it quits with Ed.
So what broke Liz and Ed up? Liz is not affectionate like Ed is, for one thing, and another thing Liz + Ed + alcohol = A really big fight. Ed would always tell Liz to leave and finally she did. Another thing is that even though he asked Liz to move in, Ed would literally not allow her to make any personal touches to his home. I think the best part about this segment was Ed getting roasted by Colt Johnson.
Colt totally let Ed have it, saying he always had an excuse for everything and that he was lying to Liz and making excuses, and there were snowflurries in hell because Colt was right. Ed had some nerve to get up there on stage and cry over Liz after his behavior, but hey, it’s Ed, what do you expect? Stay tuned!!!
