Apparently you don’t just have to be on 90 day fiancé to get catfished. Williams is small potatoes, apparently now the yahoo boys have upped their game to much bigger fish. A female lawyer in India, who, apparently missed the memo that Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, has been married to American Actress Meghan Markle since 2018. I guess for some people, news travels slower.

Pal Vindokar, a particularly unfortunate Indian Lawyer, was contacted on social media claimg to be Prince Harry, only problem with that is, Prince Harry has not been on social media for the better part of a year and the last time was on his and Meghan’s joint account.

Prince Harry sued over a catfish scam?

As it turns out, someone had engineered a fake social media account claiming to be Prince Harry and professing their love for this woman. They had some Williams-level game too because apparently this poor woman thought that she and Prince Harry were going to wed.

The last time we checked, Prince Harry had not decided to embrace the ‘sister wives’ lifestyle and was completely happy with Meghan and Archie (and his soon-to-be daughter). She even alleged that she contacted Prince Charles on social media and told him that she and Harry were going to get married… but Prince of Wales doesn’t have any social media, so the rabbit hole goes deep… who are these fake accounts claiming to be the royal family?

This poor woman was so heartbroken that she made demands in her lawsuit that Prince Harry be arrested immediately so that the wedding would no longer be delayed. The courts have determined that this elaborate catfish scheme was most likely done out of an internet cafe in India.

The judge dismissed her case as “Nothing more than a daydreamer’s fantasy about marrying Prince Harry.” and went on to say, “This court finds no grounds to entertain this petition and can only show its sympathy for the petitioner that she has believed such fake conversation to be true.” ouch, at least they’re offering her sympathy!

Sounds like this gal needs to have a talk with Auntie Yolanda about not believing everyone you meet on ‘the Gram. Stay tuned!!!
