After Adam presented the courtroom with a damning video of Nick Newman to put him in a bad light, the judge made a rather surprising decision. Adam had thought that he did everything he needed to do to win custody of Christian. However, the judge ruled that it would be best if the little boy would live with a trusted family member for the time being. That’s when it was decided that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) would take care of her nephew, with the judge announcing that he will reopen the case in three months time.

‘Young and the Restless’ spoilers tease that both Nick and Adam won’t give up on Christian without a fight. For Adam, all he wants is the life he believes he deserves: his children, his family and a peaceful home. However, a lot of people in the Newman family think that he’s still a rather dangerous man and that his behavior has been very erratic as of late.
If that weren’t enough, even Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) thinks it was wrong for the judge to tear little Christian away from Nick. Needless to say, Nick has gotten very emotional about the decision and has vowed to do whatever it takes to not only win Christian back, but make sure that Adam never steps another foot again in Genoa City.
