Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has long awaited the time for himself to become Black Adam! Finally after years of fan art and speculations, it looks like the film is actually coming to fruition and filming begins in three weeks!
He shared a video on his Instagram page of him sitting in front of the script with a bottle of Teremana (of course) and even opened up to the first page that contained a few lines from the famous Johnny Cash song, ‘The Man In Black’.

This project has been in and out of development so many times over the years, and for everything to finally come together and be this close is amazing. I can’t wait to see Johnson as Black Adam going toe to toe with Zachary Levi’s Shazam and perhaps even Henry Cavill’s Superman!
After the release of Zack Snyder’s ‘Justice League’, the DC Universe has so much to build on within their films, and it looks like Johnson is going to fit perfectly into this world.
