British Royal Family News find that Prince Charles doesn’t think he’s a racist, despite all of the speculation and allegations made by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle that hinted of some racial undertones behind closed doors at the palace.
As a matter of fact, there’s a new report that suggests the future King of England is “at a loss” over Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey.
While Charles wanted to do a rebuttal of the claims and allegations made by Harry and Meghan, some of his advisers said that it would be best to stay silent.

Either way, Charles believes that he is not a racist of any kind and wants to repair the damage done by his son and daughter-in-law. Here’s what you need to know.
A source close to the situation says Prince Charles feels “enormously let down” by the claims made of racism in the interview. Both Harry and Meghan said there were conversations about “concerns” over how dark their son Archie’s skin would be while the Duchess of Sussex was still pregnant in 2018.
“The prince believes in diversity and his actions show that,” the source told People Magazine. “He was the first person to highlight the Windrush generation [the first mass immigration from the Caribbean to the U.K. in the 1950s] and the contributions they made to British society. He has worked hard for the Muslim community. Of all the members of the royal family, he has taken this issue the most seriously.”
“It’s not a straightforward father-son relationship,” the palace source says. “He is their father and their boss, and they are beholden to him to fund their offices and lives.”
In her interview with Oprah, Meghan also admitted that she was very disappointed over the fact that the palace wouldn’t help her after all the nasty headlines and attacks she was experiencing by the British press. Meghan also used Kate Middleton and some of the attacks she had gotten in the past, too.
“Kate was called Waity Katie, waiting to marry William, while I imagine that was really hard and I do… this is not the same and if a member of his family will comfortably say we’ve all had to deal with things that are rude. Rude & racist are not the same,” Meghan explained.
