Rebel Wilson was looking to start a new chapter in her life following her mammoth weight loss last year ,and the results have been noticeable given by the reaction of her peers.
Rebel Wilson Feels ‘More In Control’ Following Huge Weight Loss
During a discussion with the Television Critics Association, she revealed how people have begun to notice her new physique. She said: “I got two looks per episode. I got to work with my stylist and show off the new physique because [I’m] still single! So, this is my prime-time opportunity to just really put it out there. “They [the people looking] were actually mother and son.”
But the weight loss has not just improved her confidence, it has also had a positive impact on her career. It has led to more self-control and a woman who is comfortable in her own skin. In an interview on The Drew Barrymore Show, Rebel said: “I feel more in control, and I get to produce movies now, which is amazing, and kind of have more control of the content.
“I just feel like everything seems to be coming together, maybe I’m a late bloomer or something, but I’m slowly getting it together.” It is good to hear Rebel doing well, but it is important to note that she has just broken up with her ex Jacob Busch. This was a shock to the public who did not see it coming, given that the noise coming out from the people around them was all positive. Insiders confirmed at the time:
“They went to Aspen right before the holidays and had a blast. Then, he left for Florida to be with his family, and he invited her because he really wanted her to meet [them], but she never committed to doing that. They talked all throughout the holidays and had excellent communication, but then, all of a sudden, she got really quiet and broke up with him via text message about two or three weeks ago. It was very hurtful,” [but he has] no ill-will towards her. They would get together on and off throughout the years. They maintained their friendship and then became boyfriend and girlfriend in late summer.”
