CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers love seeing characters bond when no one else wants them to. Some may call it disruptive, but we like to think of it as fun times ahead.
And in this instance, it looks like Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) are going to continue connecting.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For February 9: Quinn and Eric 2.0
It’s good to see Jack reaching out again, and after his recent push to find someone, we’re relatively sure this is the start of something special between them.
It’s a gut feeling, but we think they’re going to be Y&R’s version of Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer) and Eric Forrester (John McCook).
It makes sense as they’re nearly identical in several ways, especially with her being a lightning rod for trouble and Jack’s son doesn’t like her. Sound familiar?
This may be some time off yet if it does happen, and there’s sure to be bumps in the road named Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Hunter King), but it’ll be worth it.

CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For February 9: Kyle confesses
Thanks to Summer wanting to get leverage on Sally to save her job, Kyle now will have to deal with a bigger threat waiting to be used if Summer keeps pushing.
So, he’ll fill Summer in on everything, including his own doubts on the truth behind it since it came from Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson).
But he’ll have even more doubts as to the veracity of the claims not to push too hard and ‘Young and the Restless’ expect him to try to convince Summer to not do anything.
Which will mean she’ll go right up to Sally, probably slap her, and then insult her in front of a boardroom full of people.
Summer is Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford)’s daughter, so is this really not expected?
One thing for sure is we think this is one of the better storylines we’ve seen in a while and it’ll be interesting to see what comes out of it.
At some point the truth will come out, but will either of them be at fault or will Theo tell the wrong person in an accidentally on purpose moment?
