CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers love kicking a week off with some fun spoilers, and this episode looks no different.
With the holiday season past us, we’re assuming they’re either going to celebrate Christmas off camera or have it continuing through the new week.
Either way, it looks like with or without the holiday season, things are getting back to normal in Genoa City, and that means mysteries are afoot and underhanded dealings will crop up.

With plenty of fun going on in Genoa City, it was only a matter of time before Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) gets involved.
In this case, it looks like it could involve Gloria Abbott (Judith Chapman) as Phyllis is going to press her son, Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart) for information.
‘Young and the Restless’ are interested in how Phyllis caught wind of anything involving Gloria, and while she has connections everywhere, it feels unlikely.
So, we’re thinking she’s going to want to pick Kevin’s brain for some information she can use either to get back and somebody or to establish herself financially to repay Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) back faster than expected.
Maybe she’ll want dirt on Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) that only Kevin can find?
Plenty of possibilities lay ahead for this one.

Speaking of Nick and Victoria, it’s no surprise to us that they’re going to have a disagreement. In fact, the only question in our mind is how big will it become?
When it comes to the Newmans, it’s either all out war or a cold war. Both can break out at any time, and we’re thinking it’ll be the latter.
Nick will be upset with Victoria for what she tried to do to Phyllis for a while, and we’re sure that’s going to be the crux of their discussion and agreeing to disagree.
But one has to wonder if this will turn into a hot war in the near future.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For December 28: Sharon’s got his back
Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will continue to support Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) as he may be feeling more and more wedding jitters as their big day approaches.
As much as Rey has denied it, his insecurities have been out there for the world to see since Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) came back into their lives, and his insecurity may be running rampant.
At some point, we have to wonder is Sharon’s promises will be enough for Rey.
