‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers say that when it comes to a town like Salem, it seems like it’s very hard for some people to say good-bye, mostly because they keep on coming back year after year.
Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) will find himself shocked to see Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) reappear, only for Gabi to be even more shocked when she sees him rather up close and personal with Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow). Read on for all of the latest spoilers.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: The Return Of Gabi DiMera, Plus Jake’s New Bed Partner?
In the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, ‘Days of Our Lives’ head writer Ron Carlivati dishes on what’s next for Jake and how he might find himself in the arms of Kate Roberts.
He says, “This could be a controversial pairing of Jake and Kate. The two of them living under the same roof kind of developed, like, ‘Huh, what about these two?’ So, you’ll see in November what the initial inciting incident is that gets them together. It’s kind of a one-night fling that may develop into something more.”
With that said though, it won’t be long before fans get to see Gabi return along with her big brother, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering).
Carlivati puts it this way, “At the end of November, Rafe and Gabi return and we learn that the danger hanging over the family is no longer a threat. Rafe is coming back with the hope that he and Hope can pick up right where they left off, but he’s thrown for a bit of a loop when he learns that Hope has left Salem and Ciara died. So he’s about to embark on a new direction. And then for Gabi, similarly, she comes back thinking she can tell Jake the truth, only to find that he’s found himself a new bed partner.”
