On this season of 90 Day: The Single Life, Tania Maduro is doing her best to get to know the men that she has connected with. She has been seeing a few men, but one that she was dating was a little awkward about the fact that she was still married. It is clear that she still has a very strong tie to her ex-husband, Syngin Colchester and this has made it very weird with the men that she is dating.

In the new episode of the show, Tania gets a chance to go scuba diving with a man named Joel. Joel also has very strong ties to his ex, so they have a lot in common, but this may not be what they want to have in common.
90 Day: The Single Life – Tania Maduro’s Dates Don’t Look Fondly on Her Still Being Married
The date gets a little awkward when the instructor asks them how long they had been together. They both laugh and tell them that they’re not really together. Tania can definitely tell that Joel isn’t happy about dating a woman who is still technically married.
Tania tells the cameras, “I might technically still be married and he’s mad about that but here he is with a whole permanent tattoo. I feel like it’s almost a little hypocritical of him. He’s curious about why I haven’t done things, but why haven’t you removed that?” She is referring to the tattoo of two lips on his chest that belonged to his ex.
The date seemed to go very well and Tania told the cameras that now it was her goal to date “with intention.” She added, “I’ve never really dated with the sense of, like, looking for a partner. Dating intentionally for a future partner comes with pain, sadness, and rejection. I’m scared of the risks but that doesn’t mean I don’t want them.” Joel ended up telling Tania that the tattoo is really nothing to him and he wasn’t sure why it was bothering her so much.
