We first saw Caroline Schwitzky on 90 Day Fiancé. She was featured in a few episodes with Paola Mayfield and Russ Mayfield because she was working for the talent agency where Paola was trying to get in. Now it looks as if she is a survivor. In the past few days, she was almost murdered by her boyfriend!
90 Day Fiancé: What Happened?
On Sunday, in West Palm Beach, Florida, Caroline and her boyfriend, Cole Goldberg got into quite the heated argument. They were on a boat and as multiple witnesses watched, she tried to get away from him and he grabbed her.

He wanted her to stay on the boat, but she clearly wasn’t feeling this. They fought for over 20 minutes and multiple witnesses saw Caroline punching his arm so that he would let go of her. She ended up being able to get free and she jumped off of the boat. She began to swim toward another boat so that she could get help and protection from someone there.
Just when she thought she was safe, Cole jumped in after her and when he caught up with her, he began to hold her head underwater. The witnesses around them said that he also grabbed her by the throat, while he was trying to drown her. These witnesses also say that he was “enraged” by her and they could see fear in her eyes.
They also screamed for him to stop, but he continued to hold her head under the water. They called the police immediately and then some of these witnesses jumped into the water to help save her. One man grabbed a stick and kept poking Cole with it so that he would leave Caroline alone.
When he was arrested, police charged him with attempted first-degree murder and battery. Caroline was seen with multiple bruises on her body and interestingly enough, the couple has been together for over a year!
Caroline is pretty active on social media, but she has not made a comment on what happened yet. This is pretty crazy and we are so glad that she is doing better and that she made it through all of this. She wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for the many witnesses that took the time to help her out.
We will continue to monitor this case and keep an eye on Cole to see when he is sentenced and how long he will be in prison.
