From 90 Day Fiancé, Varya Malina and Geoffrey Paschel made quite the impression on viewers. Geoffrey was charged with domestic violence and abuse and was sentenced to 18 years in prison. Meanwhile, it came out that Varya and Geoffrey had gotten married and she moved back to Tennessee to take care of all of his houses and pets.
He owns a few rental properties and now Varya is the one who gets to deal with all of that. After Geoffrey was found guilty of domestic assault, interference with emergency calls, vandalism, and aggravated kidnapping, Varya has a new update on his retrial.

Many viewers of 90 Day Fiancé were very excited to see Geoffrey going to prison for these charges. The claims from his ex-girlfriend were very intense and many of these were upset that TLC didn’t take him off the show as soon as they heard about these charges. Nonetheless, Geoffrey has asked to have a retrial because he feels that his first trial was not fair.

Varya has been very active on Instagram since Geoffrey went to jail. She has opened up about the tenants in their rental homes and her struggles with work and life without her husband. She recently shared a video talking about how there were many mistakes that were made during Geoffrey’s first trial and that the judge was “very biased” and this is why he wanted a retrial.
She told her fans, “We don’t have super big hopes.” She talked about how she does believe in miracles, but it will take one in his favor to help his case.
Shortly after she made this video, she shared another one and pointed out that Geoffrey’s retrial was delayed and that no one has really taken the time to explain that to her. She is not sure when the retrial will take place and according to her, it doesn’t look like anyone else knows either. She told her fans that this experience has been “such a stupid circus.”
In Varya’s videos, she looks extremely upset and we can see that she is holding back tears. Many of her fans give her credit for sticking with him, but others feel that she needs to move on and realize that he has committed some horrible crimes against a woman that he was once in love with.
