With the new season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? coming our way, we will see Jenny Slatten and Sumit Singh together again. This has a lot of fans excited and some pretty let down. This couple has a love/hate with viewers and now that they are married, we will get a chance to see how they are navigating life together.
Jenny is thrilled that Sumit finally married her after years of her trying to get a solid answer from him. The couple was married in a secret ceremony and even though they are filled with bliss and happiness, it will be short-lived when it dawns on them that Sumit has to tell his parents about their marriage.
90 Day Fiancé: The Disapproval
Ever since day one of their relationship, Sumit’s parents have disapproved of this relationship. Sahna Singh and Anil Singh have always thought that Sumit’s relationship was bizarre because of the 30-year age gap between these two. There was even a point when his mother said that she would kill herself if he ever married a woman this much older than him.

Despite their feelings about Jenny, they got married anyway. Sumit continues to back out of telling his parents about the marriage and now it looks like it is too late. He needs to tell them now!
Sumit tells the cameras, “A lot of people know that we are married. If my parents come to know through someone else, they might never talk to me ever again and I don’t want that to happen. I cannot live a happy life without my parents because, in India, kids’ and parents’ relationships are very strong and important. So, I’m very nervous.” Jenny is really worried about telling them, but Sumit tells her that they are coming to see them and he has to tell them sooner than later.
Jenny tells the cameras, “He didn’t come and talk to me about this, this was something that he did. I feel like I got tricked into this.” She then tells Sumit, “See, we get married, we’re happy, and still, we can’t be happy.”
Jenny is furious that he decided to tell his parents, but sooner or later they need to know.
