Molly Hopkins’ daughter Olivia had accused Kelly Brown of being involved in a physical altercation, but now his name has been cleared of these allegations.

Molly and Kelly became acquainted on the internet and eventually Kelly relocated to Georgia, Molly’s hometown, following his retirement.
Nevertheless, in November of 2022, rumors began to circulate that the couple had separated. Kelly substantiated these rumors by sharing a screenshot of an email in which Olivia used a derogatory slur.
Afterwards, Olivia accused Kelly of attempting to harm her at the LiviRae lingerie store. However, blogger Merry Pants stated that the claims of physical abuse made by Olivia on February 2, 2023, regarding an incident that occurred on November 21, 2022, have been resolved.
Olivia claimed that Kelly had forcefully grabbed her neck, slammed her against a wall, and then thrown her to the ground.
However, the police did not find sufficient evidence to continue investigating the matter. The following points confirmed as much: “The police did not find enough evidence to further pursue the complaint.
“[This] was filed the day after Kelly posted in his instagram stories an email Olivia had sent him and he exposed the emotional abuse he had been enduring.
“Let’s hope that these publications will now…report about the investigation being closed and Kelly’s name being cleared.”
Cynthia dismissed Olivia’s accusations as untrue and labeled them a “false report”. She opined that there should be some form of accountability for filing such claims.
Cynthia also pointed out that the report contained false information about her involvement in the incident, which she denies.
According to the report, Molly and Olivia claimed that Cynthia was present during the alleged assault, despite her repeated denials.
The report added that, Cynthia, who was previously friends with Molly, was accused of possessing footage of the incident because she had the ability to access the security cameras in the store.
However, Cynthia has denied these allegations once again. The social media response was very clear.
Large numbers of people were relieved that this was now all put to bed, which would allow Kelly to move forward now that these allegations had been resolved.
One person wrote: “I liked Kelly, that’s sad that he had to go through all that, he deserves better. I’m down to start a petition for him to be on the next season of the single life lol.”
