90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star, Tigerlily Taylor has tried and failed to debunk accusations of her stealing from her grandfather’s trust fund. Tigerlily has quickly become an infamous figure in the 90 Day series. She met Adnan Abdelfattah online and would marry him on the first day they saw each other. Despite claiming to have been in a controlling marriage before, Tigerlily fell for the same old tricks with Adnan. Whether it’s being told what to wear or being called “small-minded” for asking questions, Adnan was the quintessential control freak.
After appearing on the Tell All, Tigerlily’s reputation only worsened. She went from being a victim of controlling abuse to the personality of any other toxic popular girl in high school. Tigerlily began posting insults against beloved co-stars in the fanbase, such as Niles Valentine and Vanja Grbic. She also heavily advertised her overpriced business ventures such as her bogus handwriting courses. Now, amid her trust fund controversy, she reels in the “evidence” again to try and prove herself right.
Tigerlily’s Documented “Proof”
Reddit user u/kaur063 posted a screenshot of one of Tigerlily’s recent stories. “Anybody else catch this on Tigerbully’s insta?” The screenshot shows a document of what’s supposed to be proof that Tigerlily did not steal from her grandfather’s trust. “I did not steal $340K from the Trust. The $340K is the amount the Trustee…spent on attorney fees suing his own mother, my mother, and me.” Tigerlily also claims that the Trustee, her uncle, forged all documents calling him so.
The second screenshot shows Tigerlily answering a question on one of her hundreds of Q&As. When asked about the trust fund controversy, Tigerlily is not shy to answer. “Not only did I not take the $340K, but my mom and I paid for ALL of my grandma’s living expenses for 3-5 years until she passed.” According to Tigerlily, the document she shows is proof of the Trustee spending the trust money on attorney fees.
What’s Wrong With Tigerlily’s Document?
In the document that Tigerlily shows, she circled the important numbers for all to see. However, most fans took notice of a typo in one of the main numbers. “In a supposedly legal document, the comma in the money is in the wrong SPOT!!! $323,39.25! Wtf,” says u/Beneficial-Ask-4730. This made fans suspect that Tigerlily wrote this entire document herself. Others just straight-up don’t trust her. “I just can’t see her as a force for good or morality. Her demeanour and behaviour betray her,” writes u/Single-Channel-4292.
Our Thoughts on Tigerlily’s “Proof”
It’s strange that Tigerlily posted this new “proof” only after all the conversation over her controversy was beginning to settle. Some fans even suggested that Adnan wrote the question in her Q&A just so she could show her document. If her writing the document herself is to be believed, then that would make sense. Either way, fans aren’t convinced of Tigerlily’s case. Considering her past transgressions and the skeletons in her closet that keep being found, we aren’t either.
