The drama is still running out all over the place for Tiffany Franco and Ronald Smith. The 90 Day Fiancé couple have called it quits and Tiffany is still standing by the fact that they are still married, but he is dating someone else.
This shows that he is cheating and Tiffany has called him out on it. Tiffany has started to gain a little more confidence though. She has recently started her weight loss journey and she is sharing with her fans that she is ready to take off more weight.
90 Day Fiancé: Tiffany Takes Off More Weight
So far, Tiffany has lost 60 pounds after her weight loss surgery. She told her fans that she was “feeling amazing”. The surgery that she had was vertical sleeve gastrectomy. This type of surgery helps to make the size of the stomach smaller. It helps to lower the levels of hunger hormones in the body. This helps to reduce the appetite and helps to the weight to come off and stay off.

Tiffany told her fans, “I just drink protein shakes. I try to get 60 to 70 grams of protein a day. I try to get in as much fluid as possible. Water is best! And most importantly my vitamins! Taking tons of vitamins. My goal is 40 more pounds down!” On her Instagram account, she has been promoting protein shakes and it looks like she has become an influencer for a few companies. This has made her very happy to be selling the products that she uses and stands by.
We first met Tiffany and Ronald on the first season of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way. Tiffany was going to move out to South Africa to be with Ronald. They have a child together, Carley Rose, who was born in 2019. Tiffany also has a son from a previous relationship. She and Ronald have been at each other’s throats basically since the pandemic began. They appeared on 90 Day Fiancé: Self-Quarantined and we saw them trying to salvage their marriage with therapy back then.
The couple split up in August and just a few weeks ago, Ronald began to show off his new woman and Tiffany was not happy about it at all. She called him out for cheating, but he told his fans that he was going to delete his social media account because of her lies.
There are two sides to this story and we have seen them both. No matter what, we are glad that Tiffany is doing well and getting all that extra weight, including Ronald, off of her mind and body.
