’90 Day Fiancé: The Single Life’ Spoilers reveal Fernanda Flores, she went into her life story a bit and as it turns out she had a really complicated life before she started dating Robby.
She said that she had moved to Chicago under the impression that she could see her Dad more often and bond with him, but that she has never hung out with her Dad and as a result has a lot of questions about why he abandoned her Mom while she was pregnant, leaving her Grandparents to care for her.

She talked to her therapist, Frida, about it. Frida is a therapist from Mexico and she seems to be a really understanding sort of person. Fernanda has been seeing her since her divorce from Jonathon. She said that she was angry about the divorce still, and hadn’t wanted her marriage to end like this, or this quickly and now she was feeling all the “I told you sos” that much more intensely.
Frida gave her some sage advice and told her that she needed to go and talk to her Dad about the abandonment issues she was having. She said that she ran off and got married to the first guy that made her feel happy and taken care of (Jonathon) and that’s not a good thing, especially when the marriage ended almost as soon as it began. She doesn’t want her relationship with Robbie to end up the same way.
Fernada’s doing a good thing by talking to a therapist first and trying to work through her issues first instead of turning around and making Robbie pay for all of the damage that Jonathon did in their marriage. That’s a smart thing to do.
She said that no one was really there for her in her life besides her Grandparents and that she didn’t choose to live like this, then again, no one really does in cases of parental abandonment. From the way Fernanda talked, it seems like her Dad lives in the Chicago area, but does she even know where to look?
Does she have his contact information and has she ever even followed up on that or is it just one of those things? It’ll be interesting to watch her try and get in contact with her Dad for this confrontation. Stay tuned!!!
