On the newest episode of 90 Day: The Single Life, Natalie Mordovtseva has been planning a trip to see her ex-husband, Mike Youngquist. The couple split after not being able to see eye to eye on anything, but this trip could be different.

Why is Natalie making this trip to see Mike? It looks as if Mike has helped Natalie’s mother escape from Ukraine. He actually paid for her to go to Bulgaria so that she could apply for refugee status.

Natalie told the cameras, “Thank God I was able to help my mom escape. My mom cannot go home because it’s not safe. We lost our home.” She then started talking about Mike, “In my opinion, Mike is a great guy because when the war started, he helped us. ”
She went on, “After not speaking with Michael for five months, he reached out and said ‘Where is your mom? How can I help? He would come several times to Ukraine and cared for my mom. With this money he gave me, we got a ticket for her. She flew to Bulgaria because of Michael. Thank God. Michael is a hero and I love him for that.”
She wanted to go see Michael and apologize for leaving in the way that she did. She also admitted that she left her passport and birth certificate there, along with a lot of her clothing. This meeting, according to some viewers seems set up. Many think that Natalie and Mike did get back together and were keeping it a secret.
There are others who think that they never broke up and now she is moving back. Mike and Natalie had a rough relationship and it was tough to watch it. She wanted to have children and was a vegetarian, while Mike was a heavy drinker and ate a lot of meat.
Natalie and Mike seemed like a bizarre match and they did have major fights over their differences. It was very kind of him to help out her mother and to help her to become a refugee. We are looking forward to seeing her with Mike and to seeing what happens with them.
Will Mike and Natalie get back together or will we see some sort of blowout fight between them? We will just have to wait and see what happens next on 90 Day: The Single Life. It airs on Mondays on TLC on is streaming on Discovery+.
