Just a few months back, we found out that 90 Day Fiancé cast member, Stephanie Davison was making claims that her immune boosting shots, that she sells at her spa, could cure or even prevent COVID-19. Of course, these claims are not true and even if they are, she cannot make bold statements like those. She was being sued by a Michigan attorney about these claims and it looks as if now they have made an agreement.

After making such huge claims about her products, Stephanie found herself in major hot water. The Attorney General, Dana Nessel and Stephanie came to an agreement about the claims. Nessel told the press that they had entered an “assurance of voluntary compliance.”

This was after Davison claimed that her injection shots could help to prevent COVID-19 altogether. These claims were brave to make and it looks like it all came back to bite her though.

Part of this deal is that Stephanie must retract everything that she has said about the injections on her social media pages. This includes her personal pages and the pages for her business. She must do this for one whole month and then she has to warn all of her potential clients of the side effects from these injections. She also has to pay $4,000 to the Attorney General to help to pay for the cost of the investigation.

Nessel made a public statement saying, “I am pleased to see Ms. Davison take responsibility in this matter, and it is my hope it can serve as a reminder that my office takes misleading and false claims related to consumer products very seriously.”

Of course, Stephanie‘s followers were intrigued about what her first apology post would say. Some were shocked, while others were not surprised at her flippant attitude about it all.

In Stephanie’s post, she is completely naked and sitting on a table. The post reads, “One of my attorney’s that I’ve worked with for years, Edward Wolven, summed up the final Assurance. “

As you will see in paragraphs 2.3 and 2.4, this assurance does not constitute an admission of ANY wrongdoing by Respondents…..The entry into this Agreement by Respondents is NOT an admission of ANY factual allegations or legal conclusions…..”. This has been the worst thing that I’ve ever endured. I’m grateful for their willingness to admit their legal conclusions.”

Stephanie’s fans were quick to tell her, “The truth always prevails!” Another wrote, “That is good. It worked out in your favor. Now you can put the nightmare behind you and carry on.”
