During the latest episode of 90 Day Fiancé, Ashley Michelle and her fiancé are getting ready to finally say ‘I do.’ Their journey has been documented on the show so far and it hasn’t been easy for either of them.
Ashely and Manuel Velez have been trying to better communicate with one another to make their relationship even better. Now that the wedding day is here, Mother Nature has decided to play with Ashley and Manuel.
When Ashley and Manuel got to Florida, the news of a tropical storm reached the couple, and on their wedding no less. This made Ashley incredibly tense and she began to panic.
The entire reason that she and Manuel needed to be married on that specific day was because his visa was about to expire. The couple knew that they needed to tie the knot or it would be too late. However, why is Ashley freaking out so badly? Let’s find out more.
90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: Why Ashley Panics
When Ashley and Manuel got to the beach, they were shocked to see the very dark clouds and wind coming in. Even though this was their dream wedding, Ashley did admit that she didn’t pay too much attention to the weather.
While they are all driving to the beach, Ashley tells the cameras, “As we get closer and closer to the beach, the sky gets more and more dark and I’m, like, in the car, in this dress, in this crown, face is done for the gods- and we are literally driving towards the storm.”
While Ashley was in the car, she began to panic and stress out about the wedding and how she felt that it wasn’t going to happen. While she is panicking, she starts to cry and tries to take deep breaths to stay as calm as she can, but it doesn’t work.
90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: Postponing the Wedding
Even though Ashley knew that there was a storm coming, she knew that they had to get married or Manuel’s visa would expire. She didn’t want him to have to deal with any legal issues, so she knew that this wedding day was one that they had to stick with no matter what Mother Nature decided to throw at them.
She added, “I have been waiting to marry him for so long, it’s happening. We’re getting married on the beach- that’s the vision, that’s what’s happening, that’s what we’re doing, at 5:30 p.m. There is no other option.”
