’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers finds that Armando has a few issues with being out. For one thing, he has not been out for very long. A long time ago when he tried to come out of the closet to his family he was shoved right back in until the Mother of his child died in a terrible car accident and then he decided he couldn’t live without being his authentic self anymore.
Recently, when Kenny was set to move to Mexico to be with him, he came out again. As we all remember, his family wasn’t too on-board with all of that.Amid some tears, they did ultimately accept his admission, and him, for who he was. But now comes the real test.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: When will Armando stop hiding Kenny?
However, Armando really isn’t leaving anything up to chance. He’s not going to just spring things on his family by announcing his engagement to Kenny without testing the waters first. So in order to do that, he took off his ring in the car on the way to their house.
This bothered Kenny because he said he never wanted to see him take it off at all, which is understandable. The thing is, Armando seems to really, really care about what people think about his relationship with Kenny. Like, a lot, when someone called them a homophobic slur at a restaraunt in downtown La Mission at their engagement party with Kenny’s family, he just shut down.
It’s one thing to care about what your family thinks because they are indeed your family and most people want to remain on good terms with their families. However, there comes a time when you need to stop hiding things and this really big, important thing like an engagement is one thing that he didn’t need to hide.
Armando said that he may have to talk to his Mom in private about it first, but what about his Dad? The last time he was over there, his Dad just went off by himself for awhile when Kenny mentioned that he was with someone and didn’t come out for awhile. That doesn’t really bode well, but we’ll see for this couple. Let’s hope Armando feels comfortable enough to stop hiding Kenny soon. Stay tuned!!!
