’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers tells that you almost have to feel sorry for Ben Rathbun. At first when he showed up to meet his South American fiancé, Mahogany Roca, her Dad decided at the last minute not to let them meet and both of her parents keep telling her not to trust him.

Now, she has finally agreed to let him meet her folks after a lot of convincing, but that really doesn’t seem like it’s good enough. It really seems like Mahogany would rather just have Ben come and visit her and not really bother her parents with the fact that he’s here.

’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: What is Mahogany’s deal?

She says that the place that she took Ben is where she lives, but did anyone else get the feeling that she just rented and airbnb so that Ben wouldn’t know where she lived upon pain of death from her folks? Either that, or this property is a rental property that her parents actually do own, which would explain why she kind of knows where everything is but isn’t totally familiar with everything.

It looks like the kind of “condo” that a couple would keep if they wanted to spend a night or two away from home, it doesn’t seem like anyone actually lives there 100% of the time as implied by Mahogany.

Why would parents not want someone like Ben coming to their home? Well, quite honestly, Mahogany’s parents seem like the overly cautious type. So, of course they wouldn’t like Ben knowing where they actually live so that he could potentially track Mahogany down.

That might have been why Mahogany ghosted him the first couple of times because that bought her a little time to either rent the airbnb or locate the rental property to bring him to when he did convince her to meet the parents. Geeze, Mahogany, having them meet a resteraunt would have accomplished the same thing, don’t’cha think?

We do get it, Ben really wants to get married and is really pushing the whole marriage and family angle because of his religion, in fact one of his first lines to Mahogany was that he wanted to see what “God’s plan” was when it came to their relationship, but we also get that maybe, just maybe, God doesn’t communicate with Mahogany, or her parents in quite the same way.

Her Dad said that the age difference was “abysmal” so.. we don’t hold much hope. Still, we have to hand it to Mahogany for going to the weirdest lengths in the history of the show. Stay tuned!!!
