The couple has an interesting story and we are not quite sure why he chose to run. They met in Belize when Stephanie was on holiday and Ryan was working at the resort where she stayed.
They hit it off and soon began dating long distance. There has been a lot of speculation as to if this will work out for them. Stephanie has also spoken out on social media that Ryan sexually assaulted her.

There is so much speculation with this couple and with what is really going on with them. Fans are not surprised by anything that happens in their relationship now, but more and more rumors are beginning to fly about them.
The couple has a 25-year age difference and after got a psychic reading from her friend about Ryan, she feels that he may cheat on her when he gets to the states and with a younger woman.

She did bring this up to him and he convinced her that he would never cheat on her. Interestingly enough, he is always texting on his phone and she has caught him texting three to four other women a night! Is she clueless or what?
The drama began when TLC viewers saw Ryan running out of Stephanie’s room. Of course, this was in the trailer so we aren’t sure what is going on, but while we wait, we have some serious speculations.
One Reddit user thought that perhaps Ryan got an STD from the women he’s been chatting with while Stephanie has been home. This could also be the reason that he doesn’t want to have sex with her anymore. It is interesting that Ryan runs out of the room when Stephanie says, “Are you afraid of the truth, Ryan? Why would you do that to me?”
There is also a rumor going around that Ryan still has a girlfriend and that he could be hiding her from Stephanie. This could be another reason that he doesn’t want to have sex with her. There is also the theory that this scene is when Ryan allegedly sexually assaulted her and he is running from the scene.
