’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers tells that progression has been made with Armando’s family. The last time that fiance Kenny Neidermeyer came to see them was last year when Armando announced that they would be getting married, however, Armando’s Dad was not accepting of the union and made sure that he stayed out of the way.
He barely even greeted them. Armando’s Mom was visibly upset by her son’s declaration that he and Kenny were going to get married, and one of Armando’s Aunts just outright sobbed throughout dinner.

However this time is different. At first Kenny was afraid it would be a repeat of last year because Armando’s Dad was out at the store, but his fears were soon allayed when Dad showed up to not only greet Kenny, but Kenny’s daughter, Cassidy as well.
The initial meet n’ greet went well, but over dinner there were a few tears shed, mostly because quarantine has been hard on everyone and COVID has kept Kenny from visiting his family in Florida, which broke Cassidy’s heart. She could barely contain her tears at dinner, and Armando’s Mom was surprisingly sympathetic.
She said that even though it has been over a year since Armando left home, at times she still gets sad, and she knows how Kenny feels as a parent.
But there was one elephant in the room that didn’t get addressed, and that was the matter of Kenny and Armando’s wedding. Armando was supposed to tell his family that he and Kenny are having a huge wedding and that he wants everyone in attendance, however, the vibes were too much that night.
They were in a really good place as a family and there were no fights and no misunderstandings due to the language barrier, Armando was not prepared for his family’s reaction to the wedding so he decided that he was just going to wait to tell them.
Honestly, as someone who grew up in the deep south and in a religious household, I could see where one would want to be halfway out the door before one announces to the family that they’re having the biggest gay wedding of the year.
No one is ever truly prepared for family fall-out, so I can kind of see why Armando put it off until later, although, that may not be giving his family enough credit, they’ve made incredible strides in acceptance since last year, so perhaps Armando just needs to give them the chance.
Kenny is afraid that Armando won’t end up telling them this visit, though after 5 hours of driving and that many tears, let’s hope he does! Stay tuned!!!
